Passenger cancellation policy –
No charge 4 weeks or more prior to departure.
Between 2 weeks and 1 week 50% of the ticket amount will be charged.
Between 1 week and 48 hours prior to departure 75% of the ticket amount will be charged.
No show or cancellations 48 hours prior to departure the full ticket amount will be charged.

• 3. Passengers with luggage over  than 30Kg will be charged an additional fee of Rp. 3000, – / Kg.

• 4. Marina Srikandi company is not responsible for any damage and loss of passengers’ belongings during the voyage.

Infant (children under 5 years old) not recommended for the trip. However if their parents insists, they need to complete a Disclaimer Letter releasing BlueWater Safaris and all is officers and/ or employees, including agents from negligence and any further legal action by any party, prior to the trip commencement.

• 2. Cancellation or No-Show or Late-Arrive fee:

Full seats will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season (1 Jul – 30 Sept)

• 3. Re-Schedule Trip

Re-schedule is base on seats availability and should be made 2 days prior to guest departure for regular season and 7 days prior to guest departure for high season (1 July – 30 Sept)

• 4.Refunds

In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.

• 5. Connecting Flights

BlueWater is a point to point carrier and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flights.

• 6. Luggage Allowance

• 7. Road Transportation in Bali

Road transportation is provided free of charge to/ from ONE SPECIFIC ADDRESS in designated areas of Bali. This address must be specified at the time of booking and cannot be changed. Our drivers are under strict instruction to refuse to take passengers to more than one location (ie – they will not drive around trying to find a hotel if the passenger has not specified an address.) Drop off destination in Bali may not be changed after departure.

• 8. Children policy for children under 5 years old:

Parents should be aware since we are fast boat category, there will be a big possibility the trip will be bumpy. Parents should be aware we do not include insurance for children under 5 years old.
Children under 3 years old is free of charge
If the parents agree, they should sign our disclaimer letter

Blue Water Express VII

Check live seat availability for fast boat tickets on Blue Water Express on the left of this page. Just enter your required travel dates and number of passengers, pay using your credit card or with a paypal account. You will receive your e-ticket for the fast boat from Bali to the Gili Islands immediately.

Blue Water Express operates 1 or 2 daily return services by fast boat to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok. The Blue Water VII fast boat to Gili operates a direct route from Padang Bai in Bali, in tandem with the Blue Water Express V from Serangan.

Free pickup zones for this service are Central Ubud, Candi Dasa, and Padang Bai. Also includes free hotel transfers to/from the most popular areas in south west Bali: Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Denpasar, Airport, Kerobokan, Petitenget.

If your hotel is outside of the transfer areas above and you would like Blue Water Express to pick you up there will be an additional charge typically between 300 - 400,000rps per car (4pax). Exact amounts will be quoted to you after booking and the pickup is optional, you can always opt to arrange your own transport if preffered. Contact details of the boat operator will be on your e-tickets should you have any further questions about the pick up or boat. If you´re arranging your own transport then checkin time is half an hour before departure time.

Fast boat from Padang Bai to the Gili Islands

Eka Jaya have 3 daily departures from Serangan and Padang Bai to the Gili Islands.  The boats departing from Padang Bai stop on Gili Trawangan first and then head to Gili Air and Lombok (Teluk Nare) to drop off and pick up passengers before heading straight back to Padang Bai. A very early departure (08:30) from Padang Bai and a 14:30 deparutre from the Gilis offers more flexibilty for those wanting to get every extra hour on the Gili islands.

The boats will only stop in the Gilis and Lombok long enough to unload and reload passengers.

When this boat returns to Bali it leaves Gili Trawangan at 14:30 and arrives in Padang Bai at approx 16:15.  The boat then continues to Ceningan and Lembongan before arriving back in Serangan harbour.

Fast boats to Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan

Eka Jaya have one daily departure from both Padang Bai and Serangan harbour to Ceningan Island.  They drop passengers close to the yellow brige between Ceningan and Lembongan. Ticket prices to each of these islands is the same.

For Padang Bai departures a free hotel pickup is included from Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran (as far as the Four Seasons Hotel), Central Ubud and Candi Dasa. NOTE for areas around Ubud there is an additional charge of 50,000rps per person. Other areas close to those above may also be included depending on the address of your hotel.  For areas outside the free hotel transfer additional charges will apply, and these are payable on the day you travel.

Passengers going to Lembongan will be droppped at the yellow bridge between Lembongan and Ceningan.  Passengers going to Nusa Penida can transfer to a seperate local boat in Ceningan for the short crossing to Penida.

Island Hopping Ticket

For travellers wishing to stop off at Lembongan or Ceningan on their way to/from the Gili Islands, the Eka Jaya Island Hopping ticket is ideal. This ticket type allows you to depart from Serangan in south Bali and hop off on Nusa Lembongan or Ceningan for a few days before continuing to the Gili Islands (or the reverse).
